Equally Awkward is a dynamic live covers band based in Prestwood, Buckinghamshire.
What started as a casual jam between a few like-minded musicians has evolved into a dedicated gigging band. Simon (vocals & acoustic guitar), Jake (guitar), Adrian (bass & keys), and Angelo (drums) bring energy and passion to every performance. We rehearse regularly in Prestwood, always looking to refine our sound and expand our setlist.
We love playing a diverse mix of songs - tracks that resonate with a wide audience but also challenge and excite us as musicians. Unlike many cover bands, we choose songs that stand out from the usual crowd-pleasers, offering something fresh and unexpected.
Our setlist spans iconic bands such as Radiohead, Foo Fighters, Kings of Leon, Tears for Fears, Duran Duran, The Cure, Porcupine Tree, Red Hot Chili Peppers, R.E.M., The Verve, Green Day, Franz Ferdinand, Kaiser Chiefs, Oasis, Coldplay, Stereophonics and more.
We're always pushing ourselves to improve and expand our repertoire, ensuring every gig is a unique and memorable experience.
